did pe a while back after a partner seemed to be pushing into me when doing doggy. recently new partner so i am keen to surprise her!
currently do bundled fulcrum stretches for length (using a wrapped sock to aid grip)which has given good flaccid gains. also do the expressive stretches dld recommended for the hidden penis. i do edging and then ssj, ulis and erect jelqs for girth as well as recently buying a bathmate. experimenting with clamping using just socks to tie.
i recently had EQ issues (for a year so) on and off which came back after excessive PE so took a week off and erections came back. was surprised on restarting pe to get many red dots after performing mild girth exercises proving to me that taking a break every now is productive for gains.
currently 6.25 nbpel and 5.5 eg - was pleasantly surprised to see girth being so high as i did not expect to have such a high number according to how long is your schlong! unfortunately no starting measurements. side effects are that when flaccid i have a thick mid section which tapers off at the glans (the skin covers the glans) - which can look a bit weird and hairs up the shaft.
