If you google Low Intensity Shockwave Therapy (LiST) you will see that there are many clinics offering this.

Apparently it is amazing for erection quality, but procedures at clinics are very costly.

There is also a product no market where you can buy a device and perform it at home. It costs about 600$.

I won't link to product, because I don't want anyone to get idea of me trying to sell anything.

I'm interested in science of this.

This is something new, so are there any studies proving this technique actually works for ED?

So far I found these studies, but can we trust it?
Low-intensity shock wave therapy for erectile dysfunction and the influence of disease duration. - PubMed - NCBI
Low-Intensity Shockwave Therapy (LiST) for Erectile Dysfunction: Is It Safe for Patients on Anticoagulant Medication? - PubMed - NCBI
Low-intensity shockwave therapy (LiST) for erectile dysfunction: a randomized clinical trial assessing the impact of energy flux density (EFD) and frequency of sessions
Shock wave therapy: ED cure or unproven treatment?

Any information, experience would be much appreciated.

Supposedly works great. Some at other forum have built a cheap version and you can find some in Ebay under $500 and the Red Rocket which is the price of a treatment or 2 from what I've heard

this was offered to me by my therapist. I was not sure how it would work and now I see your post?? It was offered it to be used for depression and anxiety but it’s cool that it can also be used for PE.

LMAO that gif. But with no trolling. Is that red rocket thing worthwhile?

They seem kind of fishy with preorder and all, but the studies say it works.

Are there any other alternatives? Anyone tried Chinese versions? Do they work?

If this could at least a little bit improve my ED I'd buy it.

Endover,
What all have you tried to improve your EQ?
Even if this works, I would think there are better options for a shit load less cost.

I'll wait for The Boring Company to release The Musk Husk. The deluxe edition features a Sentry Mode for when those Pedo Guys try to jack your shit.

That is why I'm asking you here about the shockwave therapy. This seems something rather new. There are always new things to explore.

It's probably got legs, but, in all honesty I couldn't justify the cost for what it's worth, when cheaper, free alternatives exist.

These devices may be more helpful for men with erectile dysfunction, actually medical conditions related to the erection.

that was Lightning‘s thoughts too.

I've heard from some sources that it can actually help and cured ED for some people, but is shitty expensive and you pay for each treatment.
Maybe you just need 3-4 treatments, maybe 5-10 or even more. And then it's still not guaranteed that you are cured forever.

But before investing lots of money into that, try the others ways before :)
ED can have lots of effects, do a checklist for yourself and try to check what you could improve yourself, for example living a healthier lifestyle, doing some physical activity, stop alcohol and nicotine. Are you feeling stressed or have depression? Can also be a big cause.
There's so many reasons why ED happens and occurrs.

Since when do you have ED?
Happened something specific in life before it occurred?

Check this:
1)
https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/erectile-dysfunction/symptoms-causes/syc-20355776
2) https://www.healthline.com/health/erectile-dysfunction#causes

This are just some examples, if you're a perfect healthy person who have a wonderful life and ED occured out of the sudden, then I would definitely look into ways for curing it via expensive medical treatment, but before looking into this, check yourself.
Unless it won't be a problem for you investing lots of money in it and the risk that it will maybe coming back after a few months or years (as you just fightened the disease and not the symptom, why it occurred).

Maybe the Nocturnal penile tumescence (NPT) test (link 2) may also help evaluating and telling more about your ED.

Also, before paying doctors for treatment, do what @longstretch said and check other forum for building it your own so you have it basically forever and are not just paying for the time and use of it.

Also check this and look for what I've written about the Ischiocavernosus (IC) muscle as it may also be able to help with ED or even cure it:

Summary:
We don't know you, your health and your lifestyle, so you can either note everything down for yourself, making the list what you could improve healthwise or you can share it here :)
If nothing above helped with improving your health & lifestyle, try to built one at your own for less money, if the still not helps, do it with a doctor.
If you are rich and don't mind spending lots of money, maybe go for treatments at a doctor directly as it could be the fastest way., but I'd still recommend you the resources I've linked here and check other forum for building the own device and their experience.
