Lost password

My computer crashed and I had to reinstall windows and I forgot to backup my .txt file that I had my MOS members password on. Is there a way to get another? I tried the pw recovery and when I entered my credit card it said Card Not Found.. wth?

I emailed MOS (admin@mattersofsize.com), but no response yet.
