I started using the LengthMaster 3 - Penis Bundle Stretcher & Weight Hanging at the beginning of June and have made progress in the Newbie routine to hold the stretch for 2 minutes in each direction at every angle.
I have a question about advancing to the Downward Bundled Stretches (DBS). Should I replace the Newbie routine entirely with DBS, or is it recommended that both routines be done together?
