Lessons From 2018 ~ PE Victories & Mistakes

Noted your comment on testosterone low. I have been on Testosterone injections for a long time. What did you do to increase your levels? i'm okay with the injections but wish there was an alternative that works.

For me personally they didn’t do anything he just told me to change my diet and increase my exercise. But I don’t think my testosterone was that low or perhaps he may have put me on something.

I know that exercise of the long muscles increases T. legs and arms especially. but I was ridiculously low so was put on injection therapy and I have to keep that monitored.

Oh shit you’re right I would remember that now. The doctor told me to go do heavy squats and lunges and that this would help build my testosterone. Maybe that’s how I got my levels straight. I’m not really sure but I do remember lower body training increases testosterone.

Hi MoS-ers,

With today being the last day in 2018 in America, let's reflect...

With your PE journey...What victories did you have?

On the flip side, what mistakes did you make that you learned from?

Post your insights below. :)

I like this type of thread and I wish to create one at the end of the year.
