I'm sure this offered gains. Did you come to a plateau though?
From my own experience with squeezes, clamping and hanging, it's mostly about a consistent, progressive increase in resistance over time as the penis adapts to the stresses you place in it. You cannot continue to do the same techniques with the same levels of pressure, or same weights/resistance for long periods of time and expect to continue seeing increases in size as the penis adapts.
You have to continue forcing new tissue expansion and stretch through new pressure levels and higher resistance.
It's a simple concept in reality, but it does often confuse guys for some reason.
Not understanding this concept brings in well meaning, but misguided schools of thought such as using the same weight levels for longer and longer times per day.
You may 'feel' a stretch from this approach and often, the newer guys see gains from this approach, but in the long term, it does not continue to produce results. Only continuing to force new stretch with a new load as the tissues adapt over time keeps the gains coming long term.
and that resistance doesnt matter if its a weight, hand pulling, extender, rope, rock, whatever it is, this is the resistance, but, in order to maintain progress in gains, you need to increase the intensity, or, in other words, the stress imposed, and that is done by adding resistance, but also by having less rest between sets, exercises, equipment.progressive increase in resistance over time
With new smarter ways to train, like SRT, you really get to tap fully into this, to make gains more progressive, rather then here and there.
No doubt! The brother that is so far ahead of time with what we are teaching here. SRT is such a fabulous work out because it’s based on 16 years of experience and contributions from many of the brothers.
No, there's no magic formula for gains in my experience. Nor is there a way to predict what one approach will deliver over another. Research what the guys with measured gains like myself have done and try similar approaches. As I replied by PM, for the benefit of others:
Honestly, I don't think ads is even needed. you get all the stretching done that you need to when you hang. Just let your penis rest when you're not hanging. The whole thing with turtling being bad is along the lines of of masturbation after PE being bad. Both are anecdotal bro science at best. Your penis turtles from tissue fatigue, which means you're working the tissues enough.
My opinions, based on my first hand experience and coaching others. Rather than a regurgitated, "sounds good, newbie approved, moderator says so" reply.
If you keep adding trauma to trauma you are risking to overtrain and overtraing is the biggest enemy for gains.
Some light stretches and piss pulls after the main workout are enough.
Yes.
About the less vs more discussion i believe that many factors are involved: the pe experience and the different techniques are the two most important.
I tend to respond better to the More approach but even the more has limits and reguire logical use.
For me after my first inch, gains start to kick in when i stretch every day for 60-80 mins, 5on/2off.
I believe that there is a difference between more in term of duration and more in term of intensity. If you do both more then you risk to overtrain. If for expample you do heavy hanging or heavy manual stretching there is no point to use an ADS after. And if someone wants to do both the best approach is to use them alternately, for expample: 3 weeks only extender and then 2 weeks only heavy manual stretching, not both at the same period.
I agree on much but the ADS. In terms of over training and using an ADS, I agree that if the extender is used it full tension a person may be over training. But what’s important about an extender is the healing process. The best way to heal after you have trained for length is to use an extender in a passive way, keeping the penis elongated as it heals. This is a large part in the SRT Routine. Healing in a elongated position after length and using a cock ring to hold the pump after you are done with girth, healing in an expanded state.

I agree to use an extender in a passive way. It also adds to the total time under tension, which is the most important thing for gaining length, without putting unnecessary stress.
Hi There,
This is for the veteran PE members...Have you found that a less is more philosophy has helped you in your gains or do you find intense exercises are the way to go?
