With my schedule, I can only SRT Mon-Fri. Someone suggested doing challenging kegel training on the off days. What should I be searching for? Thx!

Got a nice thread that may help you

Reverse is also covered

So, try to structure something intense on the rest days. Perhaps the last post in the first thread, using a hanger in the OTS angle, and that will really hit the pelvic floor.

During the week however, you should always do kegels. They aren't difficult, quick ones during the day while seated are a must, these are are good for older age also.

I’m glad you’re putting such focus on Kegels work because it is the silent game that most men miss. Since they can’t see the gains happening they avoid doing it. The importance of doing a Kegels routine is to increase the strength your pelvic floor muscles. If you gain 3 inches in length and you do not strengthen your pelvic floor muscles you’re gonna have a floppy penis. And you can view them more than just on weekends you can view them through the day every day because the more the better.

Absolutely can do them every day. @arkailija suggested light kegels during the week, then more intense kegels on the weekends when I wasn't active. I'm trying to determine what is considered intense.

Intense will be holding them for long periods of time. When I try to do is just do Kegels all day long every day as much as I can remember because there’s no limit to how many you can do. You’re shooting for two things endurance and strength of the pelvic floor muscles. The longer you can go the better.

Yeah they are vitally important, which is why I condensed many threads into x2 on standard kegels, and reverse kegels, stuck them, so the info is always easy to access.
