Is the SiliSleev an alternative to an extender?

Hey all, I'm curious is the silisleev acceptable to be used as an all day alternative compared to a bulkier extender setup?

I'm currently thinking from what I've read that a pump or extender should be used and the silisleeve just to be worn after.

So the silisleev may not be good for just wearing as a concealed extender type alternative? Idk, so that's why I'm here and asking. Wondering if buying a silisleev would be any use without buying pumping and extending equipment.

I recommend you to buy the LENGTHMASTER 3 (lengthwork). You should separate lengthwork and girthwork. If you want to do girthwork you need a pump (MityVac is recommended).

You can combine LENGTHMASTER 3 with wearing a sleeve, the SiliStretcher or simply a, penis elongation wrap. With LENGTHMASTER 3 and keeping your penis in an elongated state (at all times during the day, for elongation healing) you can gain at least over 4 inches if you are dedicated to the process.

Extender != (not equal to) a sleeve. Sleeves are only to be use with the SiliStretcher or to simply keep your penis in an elongated state between stretching sessions. The SiliStretcher can be used as an extender as well.
