Is it possible to maintain the same fat pad that you had when you were young maintaining a healthy lifestyle: exercising regularly and eating healthy?

I think you could but you would have to be pretty strict and only eat your daily calorie needs.Problem is losing the fat first

Like 8incyclops, you need to be very strict with your calorie calculation. This is going to be a very tough task especially when you get to your late 30s.

Not to discourage anyone, I believe it is doable.

Yes It's hard but I have proved it's possible.
Look at my stomach and body fat in my first broomstick video, and then look up my Bathmate videos.

There is a big difference in my body composition (body fat, versus. muscle mass). I have a tread about the 20:4 diet in this brotherhood.

Are you still on the 20:4 diet?

No. Started to eat bread as well.
As soon I start with bread my stomach swelled up.

Bread is the king of big stomach. I love bread but it comes with problem for my stomach.

Yup bread will bring some serious fat

I'm not fat, bread just makes my stomach bloat a bit.
My stomach likes meat better.

Yes, I have the same with bread. Although I love it, I try to eat bread just a few times a week.
Beer gives you the same 'problem'.
