I broke the chamber in the LM !!!

Hello of DLD and all. Today during my workout length broke in my part of the chamber LM, when I was in the middle of the chamber. Nothing had happened to me. I used a correctly LM and do not understand.. I wanted to tighten the chambers and then it happened. I note that my post is not intended to criticize the DLD or LM. I have respect for every member of the forum and I thing the LM is a very good idea. DLD, what do you think?
 
While stretching down, I gently squeezed chambers and then broke. It was dangerous and should not be.
 
This happened to me as well today. The top part of the chamber cracked down the middle, while tightening. I tried using glue, but it didn't help much.

Can we get it replaced??
 
I think, that this construction error or material. It is very dangerous and should not have a place.
 
Holy shit. Can you get more specific on how this happend? Did you tighten the shit out of the wing nuts?
 
I've always tightened mine down as far as they can go and never had any issues, I've done some pretty full on stretching with it too. I'm sure DLD has contacted these guys about it privately.
 
Yeah, tightened it as far as it goes, which I normally do, and while stretching it just cracked!

I have been contacted by admin already, and am pleased by their service

DLD, thank you for your reply. I wrote a message to the specified e-post. I believe the LM is made of wrong material. I thought to date from the material is flexible but due will not be crushed. I used correctly LM. I've been doing stretching to the down . When tightened the screws butterfly gently grabbed both sides of the chambers, where are the screws. Upper part of the chamber burst in half at the point where the belt is attached for hanging. This is not a negative publicity for LM. LM has great potential. The key is a good wrapping and experience. When I will have a little privacy, do photo and show you. Sorry for my english. REGARDS. Minotauro

Trying to rival BM customer service, huh? I'm glad this was shared, since we can all see that mos and dld stand behind a product that is awesome on its own, but now we know there is fabulous customer care as well.
 
Okay so I put some gorilla glue again on mine and it seems to be fine now. Used it for a few days and no cracking.

I would have sent it back for a replacement, but from my country shipping costs are disgusting. It would just be slightly cheaper than buying a new LM.
