I’ve been trying the 5x5x3 routine but cannot seem to get anywhere close to 5 full minutes of SSJ without losing my erection. I try not to watch �naked people movies� either because it feels like I’m cheating on my gf and it fucks with me mentally. It screws up my libido and affects my outlook on women and sex in general. But for some reason I am only able to get a 100% erection for sex. I can get a 85% erection at best with manual and mental stimulation alone. That’s it. But The minute I take my gf’s pannies off My dick is throbbing with an almost painfully huge erection. So EQ isn’t the problem, but my mental state around sex.
Because of this, I’ve been Doing my own Hybrid variation of SSJ and horse squeezes. I’m able to keep the blood trapped easier and longer using this method. Here’s how I do it.
squeeze the extreme base of my dick and jelq up 1 inch to create pressure (just like a SSJ) and then squeeze the glans with my other hand to push more blood into the shaft. Then I hold for a moment to let the expansion begin, and then I slowly bend my dick slightly to create even more pressure. I don’t do this to the point of pain, But just to the limit of a dull ache.
I realize this takes expansion in the glans out of the equation, but I figure the bathmate gives my glans plenty of work. I’m wanting to target shaft girth primarily. Can anyone advise me on the efficacy of this exercise? Has anyone tried it? and could it be a good replacement for SSJ’s for those of us who have trouble Keeping EQ for a full 5 minutes?
