I Believe we can , based on reasearch the least it cost individuals a year ( more or less ) ago to make a functional homemade extender was 10-11 dollars and at max 25-30.
Can a big group of persons and DLD get together and create one of these

I think it would be great if we could make out own extenders at home ( of course i dont live in the us so getting the supplies would be harder ) , but for those who can , i say we all build one. Measure on day one. And Use the thing for two months , compare gains , comfort , ect to on the market devices , and see wether its worth the time to just make your own...
The following thread on another forum covers this ... I think this should be an big initiative around these parts. ( with documented results so we can have evidence suggesting that it works and statistical data ( i'm a maths guy , i love percentages )..
