I'm looking into getting a heating pad to warm up and down. Is there a difference between a infrared heating pad and a regular heating pad?

its hard to do that when the rest of my family stays up late and one member sleeps in the living room. so it would look weird walking around with a rice sock and then throwing it into the microwave. Is there another way I can heat the rice sock up in my room?

Unless you get a microwave in your room - no. It should only take about 1 min to get the sock hot enough - pretend your heating something like a buger or bens and stuff it in your pocket.

I have tried variuos forms of warm-ups and cool-downs, from electric heaters to hot bags of water and the best warm-up that provides the proper amount of moist heat to my groin area is a slipper that I found that has flaxseed and rice in it. The slipper is a therapeutic slipper that I found that relieves aches and pains in your feet. The slipper is perfect because it fits you me like a cup when you place your penis inside it and have the foot part resting against my groin. All I have to do is microwave it for 1.5 minutes and it stays warm for a decent amount of time. It really just depends on what you need and what gets the job done for you.
