Healing in an extended state

Just some history about a month into me getting into PE there is just extender was released. It was played with 24 karat gold and I had a price of $1500. That’s a bit too much money LOL today the sizegenetics is identical to the Jes (made by same company) The sizegenetics today costs less than $200!
 
My eyes are just glued on the phallosan especially with the plus ! I feel like they’re constantly 2 steps ahead of the game in penis length sucks they’re super expensive :/ but I’m sure worth it

can't wait to get mine! I think it had been shipped already! Once I have it I may start another cycle of SRT, maybe come up with some improvents. I would also love to try the BathMate Wide Boy but my penis will not fit :( Maybe I should retire my Goliath and pick up an X50 Extreme.
 
nice ! I know once you get your phallosan you’ll definitely come up with something?? As for the bathmate wow! That’s a pretty good problem to have haha but I love my xtreme you definitely won’t be disappointed sucks they don’t make wide boy your size but if you’re for it go for the x50 xtreme.

I suppose if the Wide Boy took off they would end up making the other pumps in the same version. The X50 will be awesome.
 
Is it necessary to stay extended after PE or is it just an individual choice.
DLD began PE he gained fine with out staying extend or at least I haven’t found any info stating that he stayed extend in the beginning of his PE journey.

I'm afraid to heal in extended state. Why?

Because in my opinion the micro tissue damage which is necessary for PE, is like the micro damage you do with weight lifting. They recommend strongly to not to do anything afterwards what so ever.

And that means 8 hours or more sleep. Even if you do the dishes after training is not good. A complete movement stop.

I think after PE is the same. Because that's the only scientific research that we have according what to do after micro damage. So I'll go with the complete stop. Til next day.

Who knows. But I choose this way because for me there's a lot at stake. And research makes me comfortable with my choice

From the start I used the ace to remain in the long gated position. This was the first exercise are used aside from Jelqing and stretching.
 
That’s a very interesting point of view fullbloodarab have you made gains this way ? And if so what was your routine and how long did it take for you to see gains

Muscles do require rest after working out. The penis does not need rest as there are no muscles, aside from smooth muscle tissue, present. So there’s nothing to fear, And this concept of remaining in a elongated position has worked for so many people who could not cement their gains. When I introduced SRT it included remaining in a elongated position after length and healing in a pumped state after girth using a cock ring. Read through the SRT thread and you’ll learn this and so many more ideas around healing and gaining.

Thing is, when the extender or other form of ADS - All day stretcher - is in place, its not being used with high intensity, more low intensity which is what the makers always say, its about time under tension, and not the force.

I get your point, but I dont think it applies when using both the former after a workout, unless your using stupid amounts of torsion, which the devices shouldn't support anyway.

I'm still in my gaining fase. That's why I'm afraid to interrupt the procedure. I only interrupt when I hit my plateau. Because then the experiment fase comes to mind.

And from the plateau forward I don't give nothing about how I think or about research etc. Because beyond plateau is a mystery. Every experiment is welcome from then on.

I understand. My opinion is that you can clamp and jelq all day long and stretch and wear the ads all day long. But between PE days there's gotta be a rest of 8hours. So maybe in your sleep. I think there is where the repair will happen. as I said earlier.

I know. It's a different muscle but the micro damage is still there.

Maybe the blood agents in the system who take care of the tunica repair, are the same agents who repair the workout muscle.
And they need the same environment to do their work. A total stop.

So maybe true or maybe not I don't know
 
Oh ok as long as your seeing temporary gains that will lead to permanent so keep whatever your mindset is working we’re all different in how we gain that’s the beauty of it thanks for you point view gives us something to think about everyday maybe even learn something new
