Hi guys I’m struggling to get a good stretch session in due to hard flaccid even warmed up properly still having trouble I’ve even had a few days off any tips for this
 
Have you tried bundled stretches? These really help
Bundled stretches are all that I do they normal do the trick but no joy I might try another day or 2 rest see what happens

What kind of heating source do you have?
I have a heating fan going during my workout, to keep adding heat to the tissue (MOS-RED afterwards). Maybe this is your problem? That is: During your workout the tissue gets to cold.

I use a hot wrap 10 minutes before stretches and 10 minutes after
 
Just wanted to say I HIGHLY reccommend a infrared light of some sort too.

I also use one when doing my stretching and jelqing, it’s a really good investement and way of keeping the tissue more warm and thus more pliable making gaining even easier.

Keeping the tissue warm is on key to fast gains.
