Grey hair in beards due to poor diet

What do you think about eating 3 boiled eggs and a plate of beans together daily? Is it a good combination?
Do eat that only one meal per day?, I'm asking since I seems to remember that you have mentioned that you only eat one meal per day? But if you take supplements, like a good quality MV (multivitamin) you should be good.
I think it's good! Beans and eggs are health for you.

Yes I eat once in a day, but I might need to add some supplements if they are healthy and good to take daily.

I want to eating beans and eggs together daily and also, take some supplements. Do you take supplements daily? If yes, which and what are they for?

Okey good.
Indeed I take supplements daily.
I need to go through them, and also write down the daily intake values, and why I take them.

If I can remember correct, getting gray hair and beard tells about starting immune deficiency. I had really traumatic relationship and from that I had terrible stress and anxiety. Experience gave me gray beard. I read, that if you make whole turn in life, get your nutrition in order, exercice and stay away from bad stress, the situation is reversible and you get immune system working again. Gray hair gets its normal color back. I will see if this is True, as I am turning my life over to better. I hope I get my beard normal color back for atleast next ten years. Although gray beard is not so bad.

Just hate how I have gone completely white, pubic hair too. I can dye it but would give anything to be black again

I use the buzz-cut to make my hair on my scalp disappear. But the beard have gray hair, also.

The supplements I take, I don't really know what exactly everyone of them does, but I know that the combination of what I'm taking is good for my body. Last time they took my blood, the physician/the doctor was surprised how good all my bio-markers was. But when saying that, I can't validate if you personally should take all of these supplements. But I feel good in taking some supplements. I have a list down below it looks a lot. But remember, the entire list is only 2 bottles of supplements. One bottle with a multivitamin and another with the supplement, KSM® 66 (Ashwagandha) and I also take, Omega-3 Fatty Acids. I will try to describe everything as well as I can. But even I have not the grasp of everything in that list. So a total of 3 bottles of pills. I don't think that is to much.

Some definition related to the list of supplements:
Definition of: International Unit (IU).
Listen to pronunciation
A unit used to measure the activity of many vitamins, hormones, enzymes, and drugs. An International Unit is the amount of a substance that has a certain biological effect. For each substance there is an international agreement on the biological effect that is expected for 1 International Unit. Also called IU.

(I can add some more information to this list at a later time).

The list above doesn't say that much. But I do my best to complement the list with comments to make it more clearer.
Our body is so complicated, and if you are not a biologist or chemist it's really hard to know what is doing what.
But Examine.com is a site where you can read about all the compounds in the list above.
Examine has no ads or industry ties. I would think that the information also are written in a way that ordinary people will understand the information. They use the latest evidence to find what works and what doesn’t.

I'm also going to include: examine_study_database_20210627.pdf on my Google Drive storage;
examine_study_database_20210627.pdf

It's a file from Examine.com that I procured a long time ago (you can't get it now), since they change the system.
I have more access to more stuff on their website, but I can't share that. But I think that file will be helpful for you.

In that file you can search on every compound in the list above and get a grasp of why they are in my multivitamin.
Sometimes I take L-Theanine before going to bed. I then sleep much better.

Then I also take, Omega-3 which is super important for your entire body:
Omega-3 Fatty Acids, is most often used for Cardiovascular Health and Brain Health. I know it's also good for the skin. I had a co-worker that got better skin since she started to take Omega-3 daily. She thanked me for that. She didn't take any other supplements before. Just with adding Omega-3 fatty acids her skin became much better.

The effects of Omega-3 comes over time. The reason it's so important, is due to the balance of fats in our body. If we have the wrong balance of fats in our body, our cells will not function optimal. It has do with the transportation of nutrients and waste products, in and out of the cells (through the cell membrane in every cell). The cell membrane is semi-permeable, and with the wrong fats in our body it becomes harder for the body to transport nutrients and waste products, in and out of the cells (this is a simple explanation, I do not know everything).
What I do know, is that it's good for the entire body.

Note: Look at the bottle for the intake, but there is often no problem to take a little bit more then necessary.

Much information. It may be more of what you asked for. But I hope it will help you.

This is very insightful. I will take my time to go through it.

@hugh-girth just ask if you are wondering about anything related to my post (#32).
I don't know everything, but I have studied this a lot on my spare time over the years. The best way to learn is to have a discussion about it. 🙂
