@trustr1 This is my setup and not other brothers. Each and everyone has their own setup. I use this set up during my initial phases using the SiliStetcher2 and discovered an easier time with it, and more efficient method to prevent issues like blisters due to high pressure and long hours in moist environment.
Now, based on your glands size, if you can shove the entire glans in without any issue, where the corona of your glans goes pass the bottom vacuum cup rim, you're in good shape. For me, my glans "barely" makes it in there, so I have to do some creative modding, and the modding came with some benefits.
For me, trimming the SiliPad2 to create that extra 0.15in to work with. Slowly trimming it down create a unique bleeding or weeping hole in the center. You have to be very careful if you're doing this. This allows any moisture and pee, yes, pee, in the urethra to accumulate in the reservoir below the SiliPad2.
Adding half a piece of toilet paper at the sealing head of the cup will wick up any moisture you have, and also holds onto small amount of pee droplets. Works great to prevent too much moisture build up and causes the skin to peel during long hours.
Retract the sealing cap as far back as possible accomodate your glans. Remember, the glans's corona must go pass the cup's rim. Otherwise, you'll regret the pinching pain later.
If your glans can slide right into the vacuum cup, no worries about anything else. If your glans is slighly larger than the cup, squeeze all the blood out of the glans, and then twist on the cup in a rotational method. You can use a bit of hydrocortizone to lubrican the glans's corona while help it to maintain a water barrier as well. Notice how I fold the bottom of the sleeve at the glans's base upward. Double folding allows triple the grip without using the MOS Grip powder. On days I move around alot, I use the powder as well.
Before twisting the knob to create suction, make sure to have all your glans go pass the bottom rim. See how I keep remind you to do this? Lessons learned. Twist the knob half turn to pull your glans in a bit against the SiliPad2. Bleed the air by lifting up the penis sleeve attached to the vacuum cup. Gently squeeze all the air out as much as possible without accidentally pulling the glans out the vacuum cup or disturb it. Now, give it a good full one turn. You'll get a 3 to 5 inHg of pressure. Just enough to tug the glans completely against the SiliPad2 to prevent blister from forming. At 5 inHg, you're already give your glans a nice cell breakdown for glans expansion. Wearing this for 4 to 10 hours a day, your glans will see a good increase. You indicated the "vacuumed" shape. That means your glans is subjected to pressure that needs to break things down for regrowth. My glans already went 20% larger than original because of the method here.
This is a trick I use to prevent further slippage during extreme movement. I use an old slightly larger penis sleeve, do do the same thing as the first one. I have an old cutout penis sleeves to strap at the top of the vacuum cup for the two penis sleeves and the bottom of the base where the sleeves holds onto the base of the glans. The cutout should not be overly tight. This is for me when I move round like crazy, such as running, hiking, and cycling.
Strappig is simple. The SS2 comes with two straps. Each segment allows you to strap on your leg or around your waist. Only strap downward. You want to tug against your ligaments and tissues. Once you're used to the downward strap, we'll teach you how to use as passive Between the Cheek strapping.
First strap, see how I have the velcro sits on the upper and outside? This is to prevent irritation if the velcro happens to stick out. I also put the elastic clipper for the ADS right at the velcro portion. This is to hold the elastic band to the strap even better. I also strap the second leg strap on top of the elastic band. Why? This will reinforce the strap from coming loose during extreme movement. I can also push the traction force up to 7lbs for the first hour of wearing. Wear your strap over the knee cap. The knee cap uses a lever method to pull on your penis when sitting down. If you're walking all day, you can wear the strap on the inside. If you're walking with it all day using your knee cap as the folcrum/lever method, you'll get an intense dynamic stretching all day. Just make sure not to go overboard as 2.5lbs should be the max stretching tension force for long hours. Going up and down between 2lbs to 7lbs of traction force is fine in a dynamic stretching routine, but it should not exceed more than 4 hours. That's too much on the tissues.
