I was hoping to hear from anyone who has strategically (or accidentally!) used a decon break to continue gaining length over the years. I know we get diminishing returns as we exhaust newbie gains, and that those inches come slower and slower. If anyone feels that this has played a part in their length success, could you please tell me how you went about this? I'm closing in on +2" NBPEL gained, but I'm really cautious about expecting another +1" on top of that. Honestly, I don't want to do this forever but just until I hit my goals.
 
I think 5-7 days off every couple months is just fine for a decon break

If you haven't done expressive stretching with the length master, you need to give it a try. You will make gains from it.

Expressive stretching is pulling out inner penis, correct?

I've been doing low base, four-direction fulcrum stretches with the power assist portion of the LM as my expressive portion.

Think that's good for expressive work?

Very good! There is so much internal penis it is amazing

You can do it much better with a length master. I'm currently doing two 20 mins bundled expressive stretching with the length master.

I've seen gains clearly through different means and 9th of May will make it 4 months since I started doing it.

I want to do it for 1 year and I'm hoping it gives me a minimum of 0.75 inches length gains to put me at 9 inches bone press.
