Hi guys, so Ive had a torrid relationship with PE in terms of consistency. I first tried jelqing when I was 17 but my Mum kept catching me so that put an end to that ?
In my late 20's I tried a JES Extender and it broke. I bought another one tried to sleep in it and nearly lost my penis as it went numb!!! ?♂️ They are uncomfortable to use so gave up with that.
I tried Bathmates 15-20mins a day for months while showering. DLD told me this wasn't enough time under pressure so I tried dry pumping but the pumps were shit so I barley did that for a couple of months.
I then learned that length is predominantly gained from traction so I bought an ADS and was hitting 6-8 hours 5 days a week, plus my 15mins of Bathmate in my morning shower. Training in the gym most days was tricky like this and taking in 4ltrs of fluid a day meant ALOT of time taken putting the device on and off. No real results even though I persevered for 3 months.
With funds being limited due to covid I decided to go back to jelqing and a routine I could definitely keep. So I decided to do 20mins a day for 5 days a week.
Im using quite an intense form of jelqing where Ill jelq slightly left or right as I travel up the shaft depending which hand Im using to compress as much blood in the shaft as I can then Ill start the next jelq when Im half way up my shaft. Its similar to a squash jelq except a different direction. Ill get 400 pumps in 20mins. Ill then wear a cock ring for 20mins which slowly releases my erection.
The first 6months I saw a 0.3" increase but Im now at 12months and not really seeing much. Ill keep on regardless as I know it takes time but Im open to modifying my routine. What would people suggest?
