What's the best way to achieve this? I recently got a LM for non Erect stretches, but pumping and hands are what I am doing now. Is this it?

You can pull your erect penis around a broomstick, this should give you more pulling force.
 
What are people using to help stretch it when Erect as it's harder to do? I know one is using a broomstick.

Your hands are fine. You simply stretch your erect penis 5 to 10 minutes daily...this will close the gap between bone pressed errect length and flaccid stretched bone pressed
 
Will be at my goal if I could get my Erect to match my stretch. Guess I was lucky to start close to my goal. Of course I'm referring to BP measurement.
 
Thoughts on using weight hanging for 5 to 10 Minutes while Erect? Work for cementing? Any issues?
 
As a former Hanger, I would not advise you to hang while erect. A lot can go wrong, and there is simply no reason to do so.
OK.. Was thinking it would have been easier to hang for 5 mins rather than use hands. That is why I'm asking... Thanks for the feedback
 
A short painted broomstick is underrated, there is so much power in the levarage it gives you. 🧹

Your stretched length will always be a little longer, for the simple reason that your hands can generate more outward force than an erection can.
What is the difference between your BPFSL and BPEL?

Yeah, that is fairly normal. For me, there is a 1/2 inch differential. Just keep at it. As your BPFSL gets longer, BPEL will follow.
I don't know what "closing the gap" means by doing erect stretches. Maybe someone can explain this concept to me?
From what I understand, you should never apply significant force on rigid tissues. It is the main reason why most guys do a warm up -- to avoid injury. It seems to me that it would be far more difficult to stretch a rigid bundle of tissues, as opposed to soft, relaxed tissues.
Is there something I am missing here?

I have been doing erect stretches while in the Bathmate. I lose suction left and right but I feel a great stretch when I push down on the pump or just let it free hang. Keeping a hand on it of course but I’ve never lost suction pushing down

Yes, but why stretch an erect penis when it is much easier and safer to do it when flaccid? It is hard enough to deform the tissues of a relaxed, flaccid penis. Why are you then trying to do it with a hard on, when the soft tissues are rigid?
The way to make gains is to stretch the tissues passed the marginal stretch, and to do this every single day, increasing intensity over time, as the tissues adapt to stress levels.
If the penis is erect, trying to get passed the marginal stretch with rigid tissues would certainly increase risk of injury, such as a macro tear, which can lead to Peyronie's and other complications. I am not saying it will happen, but the increased risk of something like that occurring is more than enough reason not to do it.
The whole concept of erect stretches makes no sense to me at all. It seems dangerous and counterproductive.
But if you are gaining from it, and you swear by it, then good luck to you.
I would never do it.
 
It was something I read that DLD had done so I’ve been trying it and it gives a good stretch. Something I can do girth and length at the same time due to a lack of time. If it’s something you feel shouldn’t be done then I will find alternative methods for length
