Dream Car

I just picked this beauty up. This is a Land Rover, Range Rover P38 in AA yellow (Camel Trophy Color). There were only 150 made and I was lucky enough to get this for a song. This was the Truck featured in the movie "Layer Cake"

The Yellow Range Rover will be going up for sale, I have no room for new trucks :) I figured since I love Land Rover's so much I may as well make money doing it. I have made an arrangement with my mechanic to grab these Landies and bring them back to proper condition and resell. I get to play with them for a while so it is fun, while at the same time making some extra cash.

Yeah, I know and I want to keep it but if I start doing that I will end up with a bunch of LandRovers doing nothing but collecting dust. i will drive it for a week before I let her go and then grab another.

Newest Land Rover to the collection. This is a 1992 Range Rover Classic in Mondial Red, only 50 made. This old girl only has 115,000 miles. I got it for a song.

They would have to go back 20 years for it to be up to the Brotherhood status. Any one of my Land Rovers will go off road, through snow, mud, rivers, I mean anywhere. The new Range Rovers are nothing like the old school RR's. You could never take a new Range Rover off road, half the body panels would fall off and every air bag would deploy.

Yup, soccer moms buy the Land Rover products now. They no longer make a truck that can go off road with no issues. My 1992 Range Rover has about 1/4 the electrical of the new and mid RR's. My Land Rover Defender 90 has almost no electronics aside from the bare basics. Here is a video showing the capabilities of the Land Rover Defender in the 1988 Camel Trophy Cup competition. You can see just how fucking bad ass these trucks are!
