I bought the silistretcher last week but I want to refund it, its still on the way, but I wont get answer back from sales@mattersofsize.com
Anyone that can help, it doesnt fit my life situation right now to buy it

You can't return unless you have the item. Once you have and want a refund email sales@mattersofsize.com and they will give you directions

You will never get a refund bro.. ive asked for a refund for weeks and ordered my stuff about 2 months ago. They just resent it instead of giving me my money back…

If you are not getting emails you need to check you server. They have responded over and over.

No worries, Can you provide your order number or the email used to place the order. I can look up your order status and get this refunded for you. However, if the order has been shipped you will need to return it. I will send you a return label via email (for domestic orders only)

Yes, your order is in transit to you, the delay is shipping not MOS just to be clear. Many international orders will not arrive on time due to customs clearance and other logistics issues. When you receive the order you can reject it, or don't pay the duty fees. This way the item will be sent back via the Postal service.
