Different kind of stretch-feeling?

Earlier this week during the beginning of my pumping routine with Bathmate pumps, I got this really weird stretch inside along the shaft of my mushroom. For some reason I have felt that after that feeling, my pumping sessions seem to give more of thick mushroom.

So... Could it be, that the feeling was tunica givin out abit, and pumping starts to give more results?

This has never happened before, and this happened after I started using my seal / penileroot protective sleeve.

Anyone got experience on the subject?

I have read about similar feeling happening with manual Stretches, when ligaments elongate.
