Hey friends, I made my account today and want to begin my PE journey. However, I have no routines in mind and I'm confused from where to begin with. These are my stats: 5.1 x 4.1

My goal: 7 x 6

Help me guys, I measured my penis a few days ago and realised it's small. So I searched about this stuff and found that enlarging your penis is possible. Do you think I can achieve my goal?

I’m asking cause I myself have 4.9 inch when I have a 70%EQ. (which is like my majority of the time stage)


When I’m at 85% at like 13 inches

And 14 inches when afully 100% EQ.

If I was you starting. I would start with the newbie routine

Get your self a length master if you need serious length gains. Your length and girth goal can be achieved if you stay committed to a good PE routine.

Those measurements are NBPEL. My erection quality became bad after too much po*n and masturbation. And now I'm regretting. I can't get fully hard. This was measured long time ago when I used to have full erections, so yes I'm 5.1 x 4.1.

Should I fix my EQ first or this will be fixed alongside the journey? Please help. Also I'm a underweight 18 year old. Thanks a lot mate.

I'm a student and can't afford to buy any equipments, looking only for hand based excercises/stretches. Thanks for the help.

Just cut the fab haha it will come back. Think about the gains when you want to fab.

They actually are very necessary for the process.

I would suggets you at least buy this inexpenssive but powerful all day stretcher for after your manual workouts, you can maintain the stretch for as long as possible.

I have cut the fab for a fair period. But why is this, horny without erections? Is this ED? Will kegels fix this?

Imagine what my parents would say if they saw these equipments, I can't have them. Can I gain 2 inches of girth just by hands in 1 or 2 years? Thanks.

Would you share your girth journey with clamping?

I can tell you me as a former addict to ���� masturbating since a very very young age multiple times a days.

Me now I still kinda struggle with it from time to time

But I have better EQ than before.

It takes for me at least 2 - 4weeks to get a crazy EQ with no masturbation.

Now Im planning to do 6 months no fab. And try to recuperate so many years of loosing my sacred seed.

What I’m trying to say is: Just trust the process youre body is making the progress on the background.

Focus on studying or whatever you usually do, and focus on stretching.

And now regarding the tools, I dont wanna lie to you brother. Youre gonna have to step up your game either in hard work or leveraging tools.

Hard work means investing 20hours a day to your dick. Haha

Or using tools to just have it on auto pilot my brother.


I don’t wanna discourage you. But I don’t want to create fake expections. Is very few people with some great genetics that have done the minimum and gained.

What do these guys on the pics below all have in common they applied constant pressure, or they constantly stretched their tissues 24hrs a day for years.

Unfortunately we can’t apply pressure 24hrs a day 🙃 cause of work and family and life in general.

But apply as much as you can, stretch your dick in all directions and then wear a passive stretcher for a few hours at night when everybody is watching tv or whatever.

I’m sure you can find a way to hide it, brother your own self body improvement is worth it.

One day this will be normal, just as body building

No no brother you didn't discourage me, you actually motivated me. I will try to buy tools now. But I got few questions.

What so you say about bottling? Will hanging it cause both flaccid and erect gains in length?

Does Jelqing cause girth gains too? Is Jelqing dangerous? How much time it will take to achieve my first cm?

Discomfort / Pain is a good indicator of something, if not properly done.
And as my brother @huge-girth once said, you gotta know the difference between slight discomfort and pain as in stop! Haha

Go slower, less force, less time, more breaks, more days off, more sleep, more food nutrients.

You will learn as you go, theory is nice but practice is the real teacher.
