Comfort strap is garbage

I've had my sg for less than a month nd have done maybe twenty sessions. SLowly but surely im seeing little stress fractures in the strap and today it finally gave. Man im like wtf bc SG knew this would happen and is gonna charge me sixty bucks to get two new straps sent to my house. Im starting to feel like i should have choose another company.

You are making rash statements here, if you have had this less than a month SG will replace any parts for free. Have you attempted to ask them for a replacement or are you assuming they will charge you?
 
i will try to contact them now. I just checked and i received it on the 27th of Dec and ordered it three days before that. Im just pissed as hell DLD bc from day one i start to see a little more stress to the comfort strap. Its bound to happen but I feel it happened way to quick. Ill comment wit their answers.
 
I don't like the strap and started to use velcro a few days ago and it works really well
 
Good look N8doog. These products are amazing but sometimes you can't be sidelined when the unexpected happens. Way to be resourceful!
 
Where can i acquire some of this velcro... lol i was n the middle of a session nd need that asap.
 
Thanks man I got some of the velcro nd now I'm tryin to figure out which way to rig this thing up for maximum grip any suggestions? Would anyone whose used velcro for the head attachment post how their setups

I broke my strap in less then the 1st month, on sizegenetics website replacement does not include comfort strap and protection pad which was too small to use anyway. So no choice but to buy more comfort straps from someone
 
I'm posting pics tomorrow of my SG velcro modification that I got from the Dollar store. Get the kind with adhesive on the other side.
