But for real, the A spot has to be poked inside your anus, and it's your prostate, i don't think i reach my prostate through my belly nor it feels the same, although i never went down there.

i remember hearing of this a while ago. the purpose of it is to stimulate the prostate. It is pretty hard to reach from the stomach but its can be done if you push deep enough and in the right spot. Im not sure if you could orgasm by that alone, but im guessing its possible.
