Hello! I searched and didn't find anything related. So I decided to write this post! :)

I recently purchased The Ultimate Guide to Male Enhancement, and I started to study!

I realized that Big Al Alfaro's beginner routine is much lighter than DLD's Newbie Routine. So I'm in doubt how I really should apply everything... I think the biggest difficulty for a beginner is to understand what intensity should be applied in the routines.

For example, Big Al Alfaro talks a lot about Sexual Stamina training, especially about developing an excellent Erect Quality through Erect Kegel and Stop And Start. I haven't yet read about DLD talking about these two. Please I am NOT comparing both, DLD opened my mind to penis enlargement DLD was the one who opened my mind to penis enlargement, I am extremely grateful to everything I read and learned here, I'm just trying to understand how things work, that's all.

I would really like to know, is the quality of erection really necessary? I would really like to know, is the quality of erection really extremely necessary?

I started training only with Sexual Resistance training, I was starting Flaccid Kegels, so I went on to 20 repetitions of Erect Kegels, I got to 50 repetitions (That was an ideal recommendation in the book). At Stop And Star I'm doing 12 minutes in total, between those 12 minutes I make 3 stops before I ejaculate, it's really hard to do that right after 50 repetitions of Erect Kegels.

However, to my surprise at the beginner routine shown in the book, it looks like this:

Warm Up
50 Jelqs
Compound Routine (It's basically a stretching routine)
5 Erect Kegels
Stop And Star - 10 minutes
Warm Down

This causes a BUG IN MY MIND, simply the requirement for training Erect Quality is much less intense (although I am having difficulties nonetheless to have the same performance as I had before, WHEN i was TRAINING ONLY STAMINA SEXUAL).

Anyway, I'm lost. I don't know if I'm training right, my biggest fear is training and not having any results.

@Big Al will definitely chime in. I will wait for him to respond before I give you my thoughts

Thanks!

Your first sessions should be used to test. If you know that 5 Erect Kegels is well beneath your abilities then aim for a rep count which will provide you with more of a challenge.

The beginner routine was written for complete newbies in mind. IF a trainee is easily able to perform the maximum recommended reps for the routine- due to previous experience, fitness, etc.- then transitioning to a more advanced routine would be recommended.

EQ is a stat which can be used for a lot of metrics. The higher you can make your EQ, the more productive your training will be. THis can be achieved with stamina-specific exercises AND vigorous sexual activities. Outside of your male enhancement workouts, you should be diong what you can to optimize your cardiovascular health and fitness to further your EQ improvement.
