just watched DLD's training DVD on the 3 exercises on bend correction. I'd like to confess by combining the stretch & the bend in the desired direction + the slingy motion together from 2 exercises are highly effective. for my case, it's a minor bend & after doing the exercise, I can see improvements with my naked eye already & also felt an itch on the area of the foreskin that I worked out! the itch means the foreskin has been stretched I guess.
