I did a pic/tutorial when I modded my Goliath...I'm certain it's still around here somewhere. If you're referring to the ABS idea, that's about as simple as it gets...find a rigid tube at least 12" long that has an inside diameter of at least an inch (so it can go over the BM tip), mount your BM and press against the shower wall using your body-weight...tada!

I've had alot of issues with the balls being pulled in and tried alot of stuff and finally i found a solution that worked for me.

The seal will probably not be 100% tight but since in sit in the tub with the base of the pump below the water line its not really an issue - just need to repump.

So my solution is using a wettex sponge cloth with two perpendicular lines cut in the middle forming a +. Just mind that the cloth will grow when wet so make the cuts a bit smaller than your girth.

The cloth will function both as a comfort protection for your groin area and help with your balls get sucked in. I use a X40 without the grey comfort insertion and have no problem with max preassure with the gators. When i use the Vacu-Vin it becomes a bit more difficult to keep the balls out.

Got the X40 and only got good sessions when i inserted the whole package but it kind of hurt and also restricted expansion at the base. Also got pinched by the grey comfort insert so i started bleeding. So I was really happy and surprised that the Wettex cloth worked so well - Costs 1 $ and takes 1 minute to prepare.

Good job! Really interesting solution. Don't know if this would work well in the shower, I assume it could. I also have had issues at times with my testies being pulled by the BM, condoms and lube have worked quite well in my position.
Anyway, good that guys still experiment with diffents ideas and especially inform others about them.

You did your best to conquer the challenges you encountered while trying to use the X40. A lot of guys would have changed their mind about the device. I'm just lucky to have loose balls sack which help in reducing the chances of my balls joining the party.

Had another good session and realized another good thing. After the sessions I get a much better expansion at the base of the shaft now. Before I used to get the "baseball bat" look where the base hardly expanded. This was probably because my balls being sucked in and stopping expansion of the base and lower part of the shaft. Also I'll probably just cut a round hole instead of the plus sign since the wettex cloth tears up from the straight cuts. Just gonna keep experimenting :)
