Average hand size

What is the average hand size for a man? Is it different for different heights?

I've wondered this too, maybe we could all figure out an average.
My hand is 7.5" from where it meets the wrist to the tip of my middle finder. My palm is 3.5" wide.

I would imagine body type/size would have something to do with hand width/length as well.

Mine is 8 inches from the tip of the middle finger to the point where the palm meets the wrist.My palm is 4 inches across. I've always considered my hands very small. I know girls that have much larger hands than I have and are a few inches shorter than me. So I don't know...

My hands are 7.75 inches long not counting ANY wrist. That is what is hard to determine, just when does one determine where to measure from? To me it is obvious, but some people measure like a shitload of wrist too. Hence false claims of large hands I see around when hanging out with people. Not that I ever gave a shit about people with big hands.

My roomate is 6'7 and his hands are larger than mine, I am 6'1-2ish so it only makes sense.

I like my hands, extremely thin are the fingers and they are super fast since I like to engulf my self in a world of guitar playing for hours upon hours.

I know for a fact hand, height, and feet have nothing to do with penis size at all ever.

who counts their wrist when someone asks how big their hands are? lol I'd trade an inch of hand length for penis length or girth though.

When I measure the back of my hand's length I get like 7.75... It's very hard to decide where the hand ends and wrist begins....

Width is about 3.75" with a measuring tape -- 3.5" with a ruler

I've always thought of my hands as small, but I guess they're about average for my height...

For measuring length, I use the bottom of where the thumb joins the hand, I can catch the measuring tape.

Everybody has a crease on the inside of their wrist when they fold their hand toward their body, this is the spot that is generally measured from for medical purposes.

5'7" 7-3/8" long hand 3-3/8" wide palm...my gf is 5'3" and has longer hands than me..lol
