It takes a while my brother to get the cocktail right. I’ve struggled with mental illness since I was in my early 20s. It took a good 10 years to get a cocktail of medication that worked with no side effects. It’s great if you can go to a hospital as an inpatient and get this straightened out or it’s a good idea to work with your therapist and prescriber to find the best combination for you. Don’t give up, keep trying until you get it right because you get your whole life back when you do.❤️

I take 50mg nightly for migraine prevention. It makes me a little sleepy, no other problems after a year.
