Also, there is no set amount of kegel that should be done daily. The more kegel you do daily, the better for your erection.
What about doing kegel while the penis is wrapped in an ace bandage?

Going back to my other question..... should I be doing kegels daily even OUTSIDE the DLD blasters regimen? If so, how many and for how long? (given my issues above of ED and low normal penis length ). I just don't want to overdo kegels. DLD blasters are nice in the sense that they incorporate both kegels and RKs, so its a good balance.
Thanks for the reply guys! The general consensus seems to be the more kegels you do the better. But I read on a lot of sites that doing too many kegels can contract the pelvic floor too much and cause problems. And even though kegels technically don't shorten penis it does pull it inwards and since I am trying to gain length i was thinking of doing 2sec kegel followed by 5 sec RK which will keep the pelvic floor in balance too. What you guys think? Apart from that my plan is
20 min of DLD blasters and 4-6 hrs of ADS use 5 days/week. You think it's good enough to yield gains after 6 months? I have the vacurect vacuum pump too that I use during sex for ED and i know it can help with girth but since my goal is length i am not keen on using it too much.
Points understood! Thanks. I will do kegels more often then. But I still would like to incorporate RKs into my routine (outside the DLD blasters) to keep everything balanced. All good points. Is it safe to do erect stretching? And how do you do it? Does penis have to be 100% erect? I will start bundled stretches. Not sure what expressive stretch is.
At what point in my daily PE routine should I do erect stretches and for how long? Before or After DLD blasters? I am guessing erect stretches are the best exercise to enhance erect length. I plan to wear ADS (W/o hangers) right after DLD blasters. And with ADS use, it's important to keep switching sides correct? Ie attach the strap to left leg one day, right leg next day etc...Sorry for so many questions guys. And Thank you!
Thanks again! Would you that bundled stretching and stretching the penis back towards the buttcheeks are more effective than other length exercises? Or are there better ones? I am pressed on time so I am trying to figure out which one will give the most and fastest gains. I will be doing DLD blasters 4-5 times a week as well.
And with ADS it's important to keep changing sides correct? ie attach the strap to left leg one day, right leg next day, then L waist etc
