A quick question ...

Hey guys ...

Just a quick question ... is there any limit to the time one can invest in JELQING ... provided that the individual is performing it in a flacid to semi erect state ... I have been doing 30 minutes NON stop jelq in flacid to semi erect state .... and recently noticed a trend by many P.Ers where they take the session to an hour to 3 hours max ....

Yeah warm up and warm down is included into the the arsenal ....

I always trained for at least 30 minutes when jelqing, 100% erect and I would do this a few times a day in my early Penis Enlargement.
