The second thing, is this.....I've done this, with both wraps, but use it all the time, with the foam stuff.......I bounce it a few times, just to get a little blood in it, and then wrap snug, from top, to bottom......then, to hold it together, and keep just a little blood in it.....I put on a snug
cock ring. Not real tight.....just enough, to keep a little blood in it. For me, this works the best....I even sleep in it. But, I get the best of both worlds......if I were to wear just a ring, I wouldn't get as much extension....when I wear one, I tend to get thick, and do hang some, but not as much, plus, after a while, sometimes I get a little fluid....not wrapped. If I was just wrapped, then the whole time, I would have no blood in it......with the ring, I stay mildly engorged. It's my favorite way so far. Another thing about the foam, is, it's great, all the time........I wear it, when I swim! I was in my COLD ASS pool yesterday, and when I got out, it was still running down my leg, and nice and thick!! You don't even have to take it off, when you get done.....just lightly squeeze, and it's dry again! The other thing that works well, that you might like, is get you a silicone
sleeve, roll it on, in one piece, and bam! Hope this helps!
