Wrapping technique with turkeyneck

need some advice on how to do an elongation wrap while having turkey neck. I am getting cut at the bottom of my shift right where the turkey neck. I’ve heard to always wrap at the base of the penis. However is this possible due to someone having turkey neck. Elongation wrap is for after my PE length routines(:
 
Two options:
  1. Take a piece of wrap or cloth, put it at the scrotum sack at the base of the penis, pull the scrotum down as much as you can towards the back of your butt as you pull the cloth and the scrotum between the legs, and then wrap the penis starting from the base of the glans down to the base of the penis. What you're doing is forcing the foreskin to be pushed down to the base of the penis, creating slack for the turkey neck.
  2. Wrap as is, starting at the base of the glans to the base of the penis. It's a lazy man's method for #1.
Other than that, time to do some ball stretches. I was there and managed to gain about 1.5in of scrotal stretch to prevent the turkey neck issue. Very essential for pumping because the turkey neck causes quite a bit of entry into the pump.

If you do pump, use a universal pumping donut to create a secondary effect of stretching while pumping, since the donut's smaller hole at the bottom pushes all the foreskin back, causing a side effect of scrotal stretching. Another lazy man's method.
