Okay i jelged for an hour and my dick now looks like a friggin chode. Just look at the pics, now i am a bit worried. Please help me out Penis Enlargement guru's
 
You have over done it bud no need for a hour long jelq session,looks like fluid build up,it will go down by itself but it might take a while don't worry about it.

What does your full routine look like?

ok cool. I'm doing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] at the moment but with a bit of a difference, instead of doing 300 jelgs i've decided to just go for the 600 anyway(this is the first time i have had problems it has been ok in the past), and i strech each or the streches for a minute(not 30 secs), and i don't do any of the rotational streches.
 
One of the biggest mistakes newbies make is overdoing it,i no i did.

Stick to 300reps for the time being,you need to condition your dick or you will end up injured.

Exactly. Your swelling is congruent with a little bit of over-training, nothing to worry about. Give yourself a break, 24 hours, and take it a little bit easier. Intensity is awesome but it is progressive.
