Also go to the newbie routine and start to do the PC workout. This will train your pelvic floor muscles to become very strong and able to hold the blood in your penis more effectively. The thing that makes EQ so strong are the pelvic floor muscles.
 
O showed a girl last night who I’m suppose to have relations with I showed her this one. She turned to me and said you look huge. Then she said I give you an 11 out of 10. So I said your kidding and she said that she was actually truthful. This has raised my confidence in ways I can’t I again. But I told her Imma get bigger and she was like ok but don’t kill me. Hey there, newbie guide and SRT are the best starting point to start those gains, did majority of mine with just my hands to get my gains

Should I do all the mentioned exercises in the newbie guide or a selected few because there are a lot mentioned and if I stick to the exercises how soon can I see some gains, also do I need to buy extenders or manual exercises are enough ,thanks in advance

I'd say have a go at them all, see what you like, what works best and by all means create your own little routine off the backend of them, as for tools no you don't need them, you be surprised how much tension your hands can take and I use to like te fact I can easily stop anytime if someone came or hide the fact that I'm doing it more with my hands.

Don't get me wrong things like the length aster and maybe hanging will take you to the next level of tension over hands but you can make that call when need.
