Missed routine due to business yesterday but today hit a double length session, some ssj and ten minutes of clamping. Ssjs are the shit, I am definitely passed my bpel when I do them. Have also decided to not measure for 30 days
 
Stretches felt more natural today, every day is better, I make sure to check for head temperature when using lengthmaster every so often just to be safe. I have reached a double spin on the bundles for the first time which is awesome. Have been dabbling in using a sleeve lately but it is sometimes an inconvenience. Thinking about possibly using a sleeve below balls to push whole package down so it has a minimum stretch throughout the day(will post pictures of that tomorrow.in other news looking to start girth soon and hope to grow proportionately. Decent workout today, penis is seeming to hang down a little more throughout the day. Don’t see any real noticeable length gain besides when doing ssjs. I ordered a cheap strap extender just to try it out before I get a legit one, I have tried vaccuum extenders but haven’t enjoyed them so will see how this strap feels, says it stretches up to 9 inches. @DLD quick question, I notice when I stretch downward I see these two skin folds that stick out, ligs possibly? Good workout today, felt a few pops with no pain hoping it’s all swell, erections are seeming harder possibly from ssjs but no noticeable size to be seen yet besides more flaccid hang.

Got a new extender, I prefer this style over vacuum by far,anyone know how long you are supposed to set the stretch for, some say past bpel, but my penis will not allow that, just looking for some advice from any noose users

get rid of your noose and get yourself a VLC. There is no more comfortable for faster way to connect them with VLC compared to the noose.

Hey dld at the time I can not afford the VLC,So I had got a cheap noose for 20 bucks, I am interested in starting a hanging/extending routine for now but not really sure how to begin?

if you’re not able to get the VLC what I suggest is the Velcro tape modification as this is very comfortable and quick compared to the noose.

If you go to the SRT routine you’ll see two very good hanging programs that I have created that follow the methodology of SRT. One is longer than the other but their both similar in function. Have a look through those two routines in the SRT thread and come back to me with any questions or answers you may have.

Hey dld for now I am doing the newbie routine but with the lengthmaster and seeing how that goes, as far as hanging with the LM, it seems to keep slipping, how tight exactly is it supposed to be?

If you’re hanging with it it needs to be tight enough that it doesn’t slip off. You can accomplish this by clamping down harder or by using more wrap. Do not worry about circulation as you will not be doing sets longer than one hour, most people go for 20 minutes. So under that kind of pressure you don’t really need to worry until after about 60 minutes.

Thanks dld, haven’t been logging lately out of laziness from being sick, my routine has been going well but it seems I possibly have a hard flaccid, will this eventually go away? I’d like to have a nice healthy looking long flaccid cock so it’s kind of a demotivator, also semi worried about possibly having a tough septum as I sometimes feel this weird pop while doing bundled stretches, and I’m pretty sure it’s not a lig pop.
