WINTER A bad thing for PE?

I've been thinking, that lots of so called naturally gifted men came from the equatorial countries, could there be a correlation between people who live in cold areas and get penis shrinkage on a daily basis, i went for a stroll and my penis was hiding... he was looking all scared and tiny....
Since cold means shrinkage and warmth expansion, should we take more cloth than just regular underwear when we go out or work at low temperatures?

Good question. Geological differences are obvious across many cultures. You could wear a silicone sleeve when outside in the cold to keep your penis warm and so you do not get the turtleing affect.
Heating pad first and then apply a silicone sleeve after the heating process,Silicone tends to hold heat quite well.
