I believe girls notice and discuss length much more often than width.

So I believe girls think length is best to look at.
I believe girls think length is best for sex.
I believe length makes the penis look bigger. Example: 5" length with 7" girth will be declared small to most people while a 9" length with a 5" or even slightly less girth will be declared huge.
