Yea, I never had a problem with Pokey Bear, nor anyone on this forum. Sure, there are people that have differing views than mine and different ideologies, but that just makes posting all the more fun. Anyway, I see what he says, as being on house arrest prior- there's really nothing else to do. Actually,I'm suprised he dosen't have 1000 posts already.

I just looked up how long Pokey is banned, and I was wrong. It isn't permanent, but it lasts for another week.

Well, I think he has had his warning and that WAS the actual purpos this ban was set for. I am applying to his common sense and I think that he has now understood, that if he want's to be part of this comunity for time cuming he needs to follow the rules that are put up here.
To me he sems to be nice, maybe sometimes a bit naive and hyperactive, guy but he's here mainly because of Penis Enlargement, he's doing Penis Enlargement and he is even keeping a nice log of all what he's doing.
In other words, if he keeps to the rules in future, I don't see him as a negative addition for this community.
And Poky, a community of 45.000 people needs rules to play by, if we wouldn't have them, then this hole place (like in real life) would dround into a huge chaos! And It doesn't realy matter who you are or how nicer person you may be, if you don't play by the rules, the community can't carry you.
We know he ain't Gandolf and we know he said and suposable feels sorry for the things he did.
And I think he knows, that if he falls into a negative light again, he will be banned for good.
Now this is my personal oppinion about the hole case. A Ban until this Sunday night is enough for the purpos of warning somebody to behave better.

P.S. Give, the guy a break. It doesn't seem to me as if he is making so many posts to disturb or affend anybody. He's a jung, hormon filled guy who has house arrest. But still, he should maybe think twice now and then in future if the post he is about to make is realy needed!

Oh and Poky if you read this, you'st on my behalf. I was, some time back now, an Admin of a 6 thousand user IRC network and out of pure experence I can tell you this:
There is nothing what pisses a Mod or a Admin more off as when you bann someone and he still keeps coming back and doesn't keep quit for the time he should. On the one side it's respectless and on the other it makes the mod or admin feel like you don't give a shit about their authority. I know that with the dynamic IP addresses we have nowerdays it's impossible to keep someone away if he realy want's to come in, as the ip adress changes everytime you log into you're provider, but get some brain and understand that if you realy can't go without this board for a few days, then at least keep quit and don't make posts for the time you are banned!
Like I said, If some sees that you are here while you are banned, it only puts a bad light on you and makes people think that you have no respect or what so ever for the rules that are set here.
And this Post it not just meant for Poky, As I havn't realy had much to do with him, but more for all people who get a bann and can't or don't want to respect it.
This is just how i see things,

Over the years, I've come to realize that some people are stuck in their ways. They might act all brand new but give them some time, they will disappoint you again. Not everyone is like that but many people I gave a second chance disappointed me again and again. I also noticed this same thing on MOS.

Let's keep all the ego and ill behaviors at the door, and offer helping hands to one another the moment we step into this brotherhood to discuss things.
