Why does our penis stop growing?

I was just watching a video about our penis and why it stops growing? In the video it states that a chemical that triggers the growth to that part of the body diminishes and there for it tells it to stop growing. The video claims there is a drug that re creates that chemical needed to trigger the growth of the penis over. Is there any drug out there that actually helps with the start growth of the penis that works and has been tested or used by [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] members to back up the product?

It has no need to keep growing and I suppose its something to do with the need for a larger unit in nature. Humans bodies adapt to the stresses of the environment around it and is why tribes in various places in this world have 'special' gifts to the surroundings that the layman wouldn't be able to do. The penis will grow again once a stress is placed on it, making it necessary for growth.

Probably the same reason we just dont keep getting taller and taller; genetics.

True, genetics speak for much of the growth but hormonal levels can be effected by certain therapies, largely including steroid use. Certain steroid cycles cause different effects but maybe one day a combination or new find will bring the ability to selectively increase body parts. Women take on certain changes when they take steroids. The changes they go through mimic what many men want to happen to them. Clitoral growth is a guaranteed side effect in many hormonal steroids, this is not true about the penis in males. It would be wonderful if it had the same effect on men Maybe, someday. I may be completely wrong though
