Who has the MOS dvd?

I don't have the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] but I have members site access, I might be able to answer a question or 2

The thing is, I see more improvement in length, rather than girth. :/

But yesterday, when I started phase 2, and did the super set of the double jelq and bend, I saw major girth.
Especially when I did the isolated compression squeeze.

So 100 warm up stretches before the DLD blasters, and 50 warm up jelqs, before the super set... Correct?
