White bumps on gland

So this device is causing the little bumps on my head to become white and a little larger as well as more numerous. I do where the protector cap every time I wear it that doesn't help

What are you talking about bumps? I have little bumps around my corona, but they're dark red (and tiny). I have them from heavy girth work, but they're very few

Yeah that's exactly what I'm talking about, but the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]phallosan[/words] makes them more prominent, white and more numerous for me for whatever reason. Their website says the protector cap should prevent this, but it doesn't for me again. They also say that a treatment can get rid of them.

This sounds like pop or pearly penile papule. These are on many men and when pumping they can become temporarily enlarged. The god thing is they can be dealt with and eliminated quickly using smokers toothpaste on the effected area for 2 weeks, this will dry and flake them off.
