I read different ways on how someone should stretch. One person said to not stretch hard but to hold the stretch for 1-2 minutes. Then I read from another person u are suppose to stretch as hard as possible as long as u don't feel any pain.
Do what you like, as long as the total time of stretching is high, it doesn't matter if its 30 sec 4 times og 1 min 2 times =) I like to switch things up, just to keep motivation at a top level.
at least 20 minutes sounds like a good session IMO. do 2- 3 different sets of different stretches, or many different stretches 30 sec. a piece. play around with it. also, whatever feels most intense TO YOU, is what you should stick with. cheers
