Which jelqing is better to see results as in good length, girth, and rock hard erections: hand jelqing or power jelqing w/homemade Power Jelq?

I would start off with manual jelqs,and then gradually progress to the Power Jelq.

It's more intense, so your body will need to gradually get used to the intensity and power (no pun intended) of the Power Jelq.
