hi i orded my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] almost a whole month ago i just got back from overseas and still havent got it, i have had the money taken out so i am getting disturbed i am from australia and just want my moneys worth!!!
 
well as far as i would know (don't know your post system though) they will be knicking on your door, if your not home leave a note, telling you to pick it up at the post office.

If you don't do it in 7 days they will send it back.

But have you tryed to ask [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] yourself? they are really helpfull

I've known of customs in different countries to hold parcels for a month or longer. Try contacting [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] directly, but also check with your customs office.
 
Contact Agust here. His user name is [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I would think customs got a hold of it because everyone gets theirs within a week.

Australia has VERY tight customs. I wouldn't think they would seize a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]penis pump[/words], but then again....I don't know their laws regarding sex toys and adult novelties. Some U.S. states have laws against them and even go so far as to consider selling or transporting sex toys a violation of 'interstate commerce' law. Very archaic attitudes if you ask me. I'd also call your nearest customs office though.

Would have been nice if you would have contacted DLD privately instead of making a big hub-bub on the forum. ;)
 
Australia is tough; you might have to wait 21-30 days plus make sure you have your Recite and Credit Card statement ready to show customs. If they are anything like some states in Europe, they are going to get every cent they can out of you as a taxpayer. Wish we had a distribution center in Australia, but order volume does not allow for it unfortunately. We try to compensate by not charging extra for such long distance packages.

If for any reason your order gets returned, it will not show on our doorstep until 60 days later because returns are always B Post (ocean mail) and thus it is important to pay attention to orders shipped from UK. We are opening a warehouse in Hong Kong next year that will make Oceana a bit more rabbit than today but please, again, email [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] Customer Service for any assistance you might require sir.

There we go from the man himself. I wonder if Australian customs also charges a 'tariff' and holds your packages until you pay it? I know some countries will in fact do so. AGAIN, it would be worth contacting your local customs office. At the least you may learn something from this experience that will be of use on future purchases from abroad. Then again, I think customs would call if they had a package you owed a tariff on. I don't know for certain though, I live in the U.S.

got some BS excuse that the FDA seized their shipment. What a crock!! cancelled my order and will

I do not work for [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. Just thought I would share with other forum members that they are having issues shipping out the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] models. I have used [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] and am impressed with the product... I am starting to pack the tube on girth (which is nice) and I need to go up a size. I personally hope they start making a size between the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] and the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words].
 
It is a very complicated situation. FedEx has in its custody 300 X-40s that they refuse to Custom Clear as they say that Penis Pumps are on a Customs Alert by the US Customs. US Customs denies this but FedEx still claiming they wont clear Penis Pumps.

We have resorted to sending with Royal Mail all pending orders and hope all will be sent by tomorrow from United Kingdom using Royal Mail International Signed For service that takes up to 21 days.
