Yeah, absolutely. I'm like this right before and during sex and when I cum. It's most powerful when I blow. But right after I cum, all that energy is dispersed. It can come back in as little as a half hour later if I'm really horny, but usually takes 12-24 hours. I'm pretty sure this happens to people with very high sex drives. My guess is that a high sex drive produces a lot of energy that must be blown off like steam from a boiling pot. That's what happens during orgasm, along with the time leading up to it too. I can't prove any of this, but that's my own take of what happens. Take it for what it's worth.
