whats the difference on which to do?

whats the difference between either to hang or do stretches? both target the ligaments but hanging i would think puts mroe stress since you hang weights of your dick. so if one hangs daily would there be a point fo doing manual stretches?
 
quite a few people compare penis enlargerment to bodybuilding and if tht is right then yes you should do both hanging and manual because hanging is "isometrics" which is where u hold a weight in a fixed posistion for a certain amoutn of timne, where as manual is doing loads of reps, as well you can hit more angles with manual meaning to the left right up down BTC, a strech, v strech, target the tunica, and loads more my advise if starting out DONT hang just do manual stretches. good look on your journey

because it is an advance technique give it 2-3 months of manual stretching and then think about doing hanging
