I would love to know the members thoughts, and feelings about what you would like to see more of from MOS.

Give feedback and let's see if it can be implemented.

I would love regular YouTube sessions from DLD, myself and others discussing a whole array of topics.
 
There are tons of exercises exercises here..
If we search through all the info we have here would take you years to read it all n perform and all of the exercises.
 
Great thread! We take all suggestions very seriously so if there’s something you want to see here, something you want changed, something you want us to carry, or some other idea please let us know so we can make the brotherhood the best that it can be
